The wig soup stews while I sew my husband some Elizabethan breeches for a new act and Tom Waits hacks soothingly away. Drawings have been halted a bit because with the Jazz Age Lawn Party, the Mermaid Parade and Patasola’s Parlor, we are in full costuming mode. The floor is currently a hideous pile of feathers, glitter, silks, brocades, fishing net, ribbons, moss and pearls all topped with a cat.
